80 Series Landcruiser

Peter dropped this off to freshen up the paint. It had a single stage paint job that had been sitting for some time so it really just needed to be polished up. With no real clear coat on the truck, there is really only so much you can do.

I started by clay baring the entire truck to get as much of the gunk off as possible. The paint was almost rough to the touch initially. Once I had hit it with the clay, I proceeded to compound / polish it. I pulled as many swirls out as reasonably possible while compounding and then finished it off with the polisher to get all of the micro swirls out.

For a pretty old truck, it came out pretty awesome.
